Couple Information: For couples, we collect wedding details, shortlists, and checklist progress.

Messaging Data: We store conversations between couples and vendors to facilitate communication and provide a history of inquiries.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our marketplace services.
  • To enable communication between couples and vendors.
  • To process subscription payments via WiPay.
  • To send inquiry notifications and updates about your account.
  • To improve our platform and user experience across Trinidad & Tobago.

3. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party services to deliver IslandTulle:

  • Supabase: For secure database storage, authentication, and real-time syncing.
  • Cloudinary: For hosting and optimized delivery of vendor images.
  • WiPay: For processing all subscription and payment transactions in TTD.
  • Resend & OneSignal: For delivering important email and push notifications.

We do not sell your personal data to any third-party advertisers.

4. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your profile settings through your dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire account, please contact us at privacy@islandtulle.com.
